Check out this awesome 15,000 square foot concrete skatepark. Open to skateboarders and in-line skaters, this park features various size bowls and a challenging street course. Course closes during inclement weather and will remain closed when elements or equipment surface is wet, icy, snow-covered or under repair. Call 301-638-5208 for closure information.

Skaters 10 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Helmets are required. Elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards are recommended.

Skatepark Rules

• USE OF THE FACILITY IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• While on skating surface, ALL SKATERS are required to wear a helmet. Elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards are recommended.
• Skatepark opens at 8:00 AM daily and closes at dusk. Park will remain closed when elements or equipment surface is wet, icy, snow-covered or under repair.
• Skaters under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Do not use ramps/elements that are beyond your skill level.
• One person per element at a time. One person per board.
• Skating is allowed in authorized areas only.
• Skater etiquette is expected at all times.
• Profanity and recklessness will not be tolerated.
• No glass containers permitted in the park.
• Food and drink are not allowed within the skating area.
• Participants must enter through the designated entrance gate.
• Tagging/defacing park property is a crime. Vandals will be prosecuted.
• Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are prohibited in the park.
• Fighting or other aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in ejection from the park.
• Personal music devices (iPod, MP3 player, cell phone) will be allowed with the use of headphones. NO amplified music allowed.
• No loitering or trespassing when skatepark is closed.
• Any infraction of the park rules will result in loss of skatepark privileges.
