RecPASS is an annual membership which allows for unlimited visits to any drop-in programs at school-based community centers, the Port Tobacco Recreation Center, Waldorf Senior and Recreational Center, and Elite Gymnastics and Recreation Center. A pool membership may be added for unlimited use of Charles County Recreation Division operated aquatic facilities.
Drop-in programs currently include swimming admission, basketball, futsal, volleyball, pickleball, and table tennis. Program offerings may vary based on location. Participants without a RecPASS membership will be able to pay a daily drop-in fee to take part in their desired program. RecPASS members will receive a key-fob when purchasing their membership, which will be linked to the Recreation Division’s registration software. At each visit, the key-fob will be scanned for admission.
Youth under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using a Recreation + Pool Pass at all of our aquatic facilities. Additional charges and registration still apply for instructor-led programs and activities within each center.
